Store Manager
Manage the sales team and staff, offering guidance, support, and performance monitoring. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers, expanding partnerships and business opportunities. Actively prospect high-end clients, identifying opportunities and presenting luxury furniture solutions. Oversee the entire sales process: customer service, negotiation, quotes, follow-up, and after-sales service. Ensure store organization, product presentation, and a premium customer experience. Monitor sales indicators, targets, and results, proposing strategic actions for growth. Participate in events, trade shows, and relationship-building activities focused on the luxury and architecture segment. Stay updated on design, furniture, and decoration trends.

Electrical Designer
Requirements: - Degree in Electrical Engineering or technical course with proven experience in the area. - Previous experience in electrical projects. - Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). - Mastery of technical standards (NBRs) and regulations of the electrical sector. - Ability to dimension electrical installations and circuits. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Proactivity, organization, and commitment. Main Activities - Develop and prepare electrical projects, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. - Work on the development of new products and improvements to existing products, in terms of the electrical aspect. - Monitor the execution and implementation of projects, ensuring that they are carried out according to the established criteria. - Ensure the compliance of projects with safety standards and technical regulations. - Provide technical support to installation and maintenance teams for electrical systems. - Conduct technical feasibility studies and improvements to existing projects.
Communications Analyst
Social media planning and management: development of editorial proposals, image and content curation, schedule organization, task distribution, and publication scheduling. Monitoring and management of digital channels (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok). Preparation of performance reports with metric analysis, identification of successes, opportunities, and strategic adjustments. Preparation (layout creation) and distribution of content for blogs, newsletters, and emails, as well as digital materials (invitations, Instagram carousels, emails, newsletters, WhatsApp assets, and digital folders) for stores and franchisees. Editing of short videos and preparation of internal presentations. Strategic support with the marketing team, communications advisors, and related areas. Development and updating of landing pages. Monitoring of the WhatsApp channel in conjunction with sales teams. Implementation and monitoring of digital tools and resources. Support in paid traffic campaigns (Meta and Google), content boosting, and image editing.
