In its tabletop version, Core preserves the compositional principle of the collection. The three wooden elements, which together form a circle, rest on discreet feet that elevate the piece from the surface. This slight separation creates presence and enhances the segmented design, highlighting the pronounced edges and the relationship between the parts. Between whole and fragment, Core transforms the tabletop support into a compositional gesture, where form and function coexist naturally.
